"So, I ordered the charcoal and tea tree soap because I'm just so over my bad skin. I've had problems with breakouts since I was a teenager- it got really bad right after I had my daughter ten months ago and I've been fighting with it constantly. I've been using this soap every night for a little over a week, along with an organic sugar scrub and a bentonite clay mask a couple of times, and coconut oil as a moisturizer. I'm trying not to get too excited yet, but the zits I had are almost gone and I haven't noticed any new ones!!"

"So, my husband is super picky. I heard him in the shower saying "damn, this smells good!" about his hemp and honey soap 😂

My skin is seriously improving more and more every day...please don't stop making the charcoal soap!!"

"I received my first @thehallofflames mail this week! I adore her sustainable packaging... zero plastic! I can't wait to try everything out. Pictured is the bentonite shave bar, a sample of her activated charcoal soap, and a lovely drawstring bag of odds n' ends. It's soap remnants that instead of throwing away, she puts them in these reusable bags. The idea is to wet the bag in the shower and use it as a washcloth or sponge, and when all the little bits of soap are gone, the bag can be washed and repurposed. How perfect and mindful is that?!"

The bentonite shave bar is absolutely to die for. I swear, if you shave any part of your body on the regular, you NEED this soap. It's got the nicest lather and slip. It feels like a major spa moment! And it's unscented so the dudes can have at it as well. It costs about the same as a can of chemical laden, overly fragranced shave gel, and there's no trash to throw away when you're done using it. The ONLY thing that could make this product better, would be having a lifetime supply of it on my shelf.

The charcoal soap is also wonderful. It definitely has a noticeable effect of clearing out junk from the pores. Personally, I have really dry skin so I can't use soap-like products on my face very much, but this is great for doing a nice deep cleanse once in a while when I don't have time to do a mask. It makes a great purifying body soap and I highly recommend!!
